"Born and raised in Lincolnshire, I now live in Grantham with my wife Michelle and two beautiful children.
Currently working in Peterborough for Thomas Cook as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager I am accountable for the day-to-day management of several high profile, multi-million-pound programmes of work. These programmes provide a wide variety of opportunities to deliver real change into a global business. Something that both drives and excites me in equal measure.
With my son currently attending Harlaxton Primary in Year One, and my daughter to follow in a few years time I am keen to assist the federation wherever possible by transferring the skills I have acquired in my day-to-day role across to the position of Co-Opted Governor.
In my spare time I am a karate practitioner, formally training in Bedfordshire under Sensei Peter Spanton (the first person to be awarded a Karate black belt in the UK). Following success as National Kumite Champion in 2009, I took a break from the sport and now practice with the Belvoir Karate Group in and around the Vale of Belvoir, purely for fun rather than competition.
I look forward to working both with you and for you to successfully deliver positive change into the trust, underpinning our mission statement to Learn, Encourage, Aspire, Respect and Nurture."
